The candidates listed on this portal are recipients of sponsorship from Yayasan Peneraju under the Graduate Training Program for Radio Frequency 5G & AI Engineers. This program is implemented in collaboration with Telecommunication Engineering College (TEC), the appointed training provider.

The program consists of three phases :

1. Training Phase (15 Days) – Candidates are required to attend physical classes.
2. Job Placement Phase (Up to 2 Months) – Candidates seek employment opportunities and are not bound to physical attendance.
3. Employment Monitoring Phase (First 3 Months of Employment) – Candidates provide employment verification documents.

During the Employment Monitoring Phase, candidates MUST submit :

1. Employment Offer Letter
2. Salary Slips for the First 3 Months of Employment

These documents are collected solely for employment tracking and salary confirmation and are not used for auditing or claims by any organization. Candidates remain accountable to Yayasan Peneraju for fulfilling the employment monitoring requirements, while TEC acts solely as a facilitator.

2. Resume Distribution Policy

1. Resumes of candidates will only be shared upon request via email or the provided WhatsApp contact.
2. All resumes shared are strictly for recruitment purposes only and must not be distributed to third parties for any other use.

3. Data Protection and Confidentiality

We are committed to ensuring that candidate information is handled with utmost confidentiality. Any data provided will be used exclusively for employment facilitation and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

4. Employment Flexibility

While candidates are required to comply with the Employment Monitoring Phase, this program does not restrict them from participating in other employability programs such as Protégé Program. The goal remains to secure employment post-training.
