This programme provides appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities in Radio Frequency network engineering that can be applied to design, planning and implementation for work scope related to mobile telecommunication.This training is based on an extensive knowledge of Radio Frequency network technology and application.
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to analyze 5G network requirements, assess site conditions, and develop effective RF network plans to meet coverage and capacity objectives.
Participants will demonstrate proficiency in understanding and implementing mobile telecommunication network architecture and system installation procedures, ensuring efficient deployment and operation.
Participants will be able to identify, evaluate, and select appropriate equipment and materials necessary for the installation and maintenance of mobile telecommunication networks.
Participants will gain insight into the design, selection, and deployment of cellular antennas, specifically for 4G and 5G networks, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
Participants will be able to differentiate between various cable and connector types, understand their roles and functionalities, and evaluate the importance of fiber optics for transmission within telecommunication networks.
Participants will develop an understanding of electrical supply systems and lightning protection measures applicable to RF networks, ensuring safety and reliability in operation.
After the training, participants will be proficient in conducting site surveys, analyzing site characteristics, and developing construction plans (SSP) for RF network deployment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
